可调增益宽带放大器设计

摘要 本设计以宽带放大电路、可调衰减电路为核心实现微小信号的宽带放大功能。系统主要由:宽带放大模块、功率驱动输出模块、衰减器模块和键盘显示模块四大部分组成。用K60DN512ZVLQ10作为系统主控MCU,实现键盘键值的接收,衰减器系数的发送和液晶显示的发送等功能;系统具有Av在0-60d B范围内可调,工作频带0.3MHz-100MHz,频带内增益起伏≤1d B等特点,有较高的实用性。
