摘要
介绍了MPV高低配车型内饰板差异,着重说明了高低配车型立柱内饰的结构设计。其中,高配车型立柱内饰采用全包覆,利用顶棚和饰板的搭接配合装饰立柱钣金,低配车型立柱内饰采用半包覆,仅利用饰板遮挡近地板部分的立柱钣金。通过不同结构的饰板共用同一立柱钣金来丰富内饰配置,拓展了同一车型的市场。
This article introduced the differents of pillar trim between high level and low level in MPV, structural design of pillar trim was focused. The high level pillar trim is full cover, to trim pillar panel with using the overlap between headlining and plastic plates, the low level pillar trim is half cover, just used the plastic plates to cover the half pillar panel near the floor. To enrich interior configuration by sharing pillar panel with different interior trim structure, the market of one model was expanded.
