摘要
车门内饰板对汽车内饰整体的美观性、乘坐舒适性、使用方便性及安全性等起着至关重要的作用,车门内饰板设计在车身设计中已占有重要的地位。文章通过归纳分析车门内饰板的典型结构形式、其与周边各系统部件的关系以及试验验证方法,提出了车门内饰板的设计开发思路,总结归纳了设计开发方法及要点,用以确保车门内饰板设计开发的正确性,从而确保整车内饰品质,满足用户使用需求。
The door trim panel plays an important role in beauty, riding comfort, convenience and safety of auto interior trim. And door trim panel design occupies an important position in body design. By analyzing the typical structure of the door trim panel, the relationship between door trim panel and the parts around it, and experiment verification method, design solution of door trim panel is put forward, design method and key point is summarized in order to ensure the correctness of door trim panel design, therefore it ensures the interior trimming quality of vehicle and meets the requirements of customers.
