摘要
目的:观察翁沥通胶囊联合舍曲林治疗继发性湿热型早泄的临床疗效。方法:将80例继发性湿热型早泄患者按1∶1的比例随机分为治疗组、对照组。治疗组给予翁沥通胶囊联合舍曲林治疗;对照组单独给予舍曲林治疗;2组均以4周为1个疗程。分别于治疗前,治疗结束0、1个月观察随访射精潜伏期(IELT)变化。结果:治疗结束后0、1个月,2组射精潜伏期与治疗前比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),治疗组治疗后0、1个月射精潜伏期与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:翁沥通胶囊联合舍曲林治疗继发性湿热下注型早泄疗效确切、复发率低。
Objective： To observe the clinical effect of Wenglitong capsule combined with sertraline on secondary Damp heat premature ejaculation. Methods： The eighty patients with secondary damp heat premature ejaculation were randomly divided into treatment group and control group in the ratio of 1：1： The treatment group were treated by Wenglitong capsule and sertraline;the control group were treated by sertraline. The course of treatment was four weeks. The therapeutic effect was assessed by obser- vation of the changes of intravaginal ejaculatory latency time （IELT） before treatment, after treatment 0 and 1 months respec- tively. Results： There was significant different between after 0 and 1 month of treatment and before treatment on /ELT each group respectively （P〈0.01）; There was significant difference between the two groups on IELT （P〈0.01）. Conclusion：The curative effect of Wenglitong capsule combined with sertraline in treating secondary damp premature ejaculation is exact, and the recur- rence rate is low.
