摘要
目的:观察盐酸舍曲林(左洛复)治疗早泄对提高性自信和性关系满意的疗效。方法:记录62例患者服用左洛复(50mg/d)1个月治疗前后射精潜伏期时间、患者性自信评分及夫妻性生活的满意程度评分。结果:患者治疗后,射精潜伏期时间延长,性自信评分及夫妻性生活的满意程度评分显著提高,且均有显著差异性。结论:盐酸舍曲林对提高早泄患者的性自信和性关系满意度有良好的效果。
Objectives： To observe the effect of sertraline hydrochloride （Zoloft） on promoting sexual confidence and satis- faction of premature ejaculation patients. Methods： Sixty - two patients with premature ejaculation have taken Zoloft （ 50MG/ DAY） for one month, and their ejaculatory latency time, scores of sexual confidence and sexual satisfaction were recorded before and after the treatment. Results： A significant improvement was observed in the ejaculatory latency time, scores of sexual confi- dence and sexual satisfaction. Conclusion： Sertraline hydrochloride was effective in promoting the sexual confidence and satisfac- tion of premature eiaculation patients.
