摘要
现阶段,重庆市部分本土中小企业通过管理、技术和产品升级,已进入以跨国公司为主导的笔记本电脑集群网络系统,但基本上还处于该网络系统的外层,尚未真正突破集群网络内部固有的封闭性。为深嵌外生型集群网络之中,重庆市本土中小企业应增强创新能力,沿产业链条升级,引进有丰富行业经验的高端职业经理人,增强与集群网络内客户的情感连接。与此同时,地方政府应鼓励和补贴企业的技术创新,积极搭建本土企业与引进企业之间深入衔接的平台,在政策、资金等方面给予本土企业更多的支持。
With upgrading management, technology and product, some local small enterprises of Chongqing have embedded into MNEs-dominated laptop cluster network. However, they are still at the outer space of the network, and haven＇t breaken out the enternal closure of the network. To go deep into the laptop cluster network, Chongqing＇s local small enterprises should enhance their innovative ability, upgrade along the industrial chain, employ managers who are familiar with laptop industry, and improve the emotional link with costomers within the network. Meanwhile, the government should offer encouragement and subsidy for local small enterprises＇ innovation, actively set up platform for deep connection between local small enterprises and foreign-invested ones, and give more policy and fiancial support to local small enterprises.
