摘要
目的探讨严重楔状缺损石英纤维桩树脂修复的临床效果。方法选取严重楔状缺损患者206例238颗患牙,分为研究组和对照组,两组患者均进行根管治疗,对照组在根管治疗后采用树脂直接对楔状缺损及牙合面窝洞进行填充。研究组患者采用石英纤维桩树脂进行修复。结果研究组患者1年后复查2颗发生部分冠折,未发生冠根折及牙周病变,治疗的成功率为98.32%;对照组患者1年后复查6颗发生冠折,5颗发生冠根折,3颗发生牙周病变,治疗的成功率为88.24%,差异显著。结论采用石英纤维桩对严重楔状缺损进行树脂修复,能够有效增强牙齿的抗折能力,降低冠折的发生率。
ObjectiveTo study the clinical effect of severe wedge shaped defect of quartz fiber post and resin repair.MethodsSelected 206 cases of patients with severe wedge shaped defect in 238 teeth, divided into study group and control group, two groups of patients for root canal treatment, the control group in the root canal after treatment with resin occlusal surface of wedge shaped defect and tooth cavity filled directly. The study group patients were using quartz ifber post and resin repair.Results After 1 year The study group had 2 occurrence of partial crown, without the occurrence of crown root fracture and periodontal lesions, the treatment success rate was 98.32%, the control group had 6 occurrence of crown fracture, 5 occurrence of crown root fracture, 3 teeth periodontal lesions, the treatment success was rate 88.24%, there wassigniifcant difference.ConclusionIn conclusion, quartz ifber posts and resin for serious wedge-shaped defect repair can effectively enhance the tooth bending capacity, reduce the probability of occurrence of crown fracture, the clinical efifcacy is signiifcant.
