VARTM工艺铺层取向对复合材料力学性能的影响 被引量:7

摘要 采用真空辅助树脂传递模塑(VARTM)工艺制作了玻璃纤维增强不饱和聚酯复合材料层合板,对其进行了拉伸、弯曲、冲击性能测试,并对铺层取向与玻璃纤维复合材料层合板力学性能的影响关系进行了实验研究。实验结果表明,0°取向玻纤增强复合材料在单一方向上的力学性能最佳,±θ取向比θ取向玻纤增强复合材料有更好的力学性能;θ单向铺层复合材料在外载荷作用下发生破坏,其断口破坏的角度与铺层角度一致,而在±θ多向铺层复合材料的断口形貌更复杂。通过合理的铺层设计可获得满足工程需要的复合材料制品。 The standard samples of glass fiber(GF) reinforced unsaturated polyester,which were produced by using VARTM technique,were used to carry out tensile,bending and shock experiments individually. Effect of different ply orientation on mechanical properties of fiber reinforced composites was studied. The experimental results reveal that 0° oriented fiber reinforced composite has the best mechanical properties in a single direction ;the ±θ oriented fiber reinforced composites have better mechanical properties than θ oriented. Angle of fracture section of θ oriented fiber reinforced composites is the same to the angle of ply,and fracture profile of ±θ oriented fiber reinforced composites is more complicated. Therefore,the required engineering composites can be produced by reasonable ply design.
