The study on circulating pattern of rubella viruses isolated in China

摘要 目的 分析1999-2012年中国(未包括香港、澳门特别行政区和台湾地区)风疹病毒基因型的流行趋势.方法 依据中国麻疹和风疹实验室网络病毒学监测数据库,以及国家麻疹和风疹实验室风疹病毒学监测数据,进行中国流行风疹病毒基因型的动态监测.结果 1999-2012年从全国27个省(自治区、直辖市)分离到1017株风疹病毒株:其中847株为1E基因型(2001-2012年),分布于我国所有已开展风疹病毒学监测的27个省、区;15株为1F基因型(1999-2002年),分布于河南、安徽和山东三省;3株为疫苗类似株2A基因型(2001年),分离于山东省;152株为2B基因型(2000、2006、2008、2011、2012年),从全国13个省、区、市分离到.在2002年之后未再检测到1F和2A基因型.结论 通过对1999-2012年中国27个省、区流行的风疹病毒的分子流行病学研究,阐明了我国流行的风疹病毒的基因型流行趋势及其在地域和年代上的分布,并证实近年来我国风疹病毒的流行是由1E和2B基因型共循环引起的多个传播链所致,其中1E基因型为优势,2B基因型为弱势. Objective Toanalysis the trend of circulating rubella viruses genotypes during 1999-2012 in mainland of China (not including Hong Kong,Macao S.A.R.and Taiwan).Methods According to the virological surveillance database of China measles and rubella laboratory network and the rubella virological surveillance data of National measles and rubella laboratory,molecular epidemiological study of Chinese rubella viruses was conducted.Results 1017 rubella viral isolates were isolated from 27 provinces in mainland of China during 1999-2012,among them,847 were identified as 1E genotype (year 2001-2012),which distributed in all 27 provinces that have rubella virological surveillance; 15 were identified as 1F genotype (year 1999-2002),which distributed in Shandong,Henan and Anhui provinces; 3 were identified as 2A genotype (year 2001),which distributed in Shandong province; 152 were identified as 2B genotype (year 2000,2006,2008,2011,and 2012),which distributed in 13 provinces.Genotype 1F and 2A rubella viruses were not identified since 2002.Conclusion Through the molecular epidemiological studies of rubella viruses that circulated in mainland of China during 1999-2012,the trends of rubella virus genotypes and their geographical and age distribution were clarified,and proved that the rubella epidemic in recent years were caused by multiple transmission chain of 1E and 2B genotype rubella virus,among them,genotype 1E was dominant,and 2B genotype followed.
