摘要
目的研究红豆蔻中挥发油用β-环糊精包合的最佳工艺。方法用正交试验法,以挥发油利用率为指标,对红豆蔻挥发油用β-环糊精包合的工艺进行优选。结果挥发油包合时,挥发油与β-环糊精之比、包合温度、包合时间3个因素对挥发油的利用率均无显著性影响。优选出的最佳包合工为红豆蔻挥发油∶β-环糊精1∶6,包合温度60℃,包合时间1.5h,挥发油利用率为87.8%。结论本方法操作简便,利于大工业生产。
OBJECTIVE To establish the optimum condition of inclusion processes by β-cyclodextrin for vola-tile oil from Fructus galangae .METHODS The study was carried out with orthogonal design .The extraction process was studied by determining the extraction ratio of volatile oil .RESULTS When volatile oil was inclusion process , there factors of the Volatile oil:β-CD,Inclusion temperature ,Inclusion time have no influence on the utilazision ratio of volatile oil.The optimum process is that Volatile oil∶β-CD=1∶6,the inclusion temperature was at 60℃and,Inclu-sion time for 1.5hour,the utilazision ratio of volatile oil was 87.8%.CONCLUSION This method is simple andcan be used for industrial production .
