摘要
目的了解阑尾炎住院费用构成变化趋势,分析费用构成变化的原因,提出合理建议。方法收集2008年—2012年某医院阑尾炎住院手术病例,进行费用构成趋势分析。结果诊疗费、检查费及其构成比呈上升趋势,护理费及其构成比均呈下降趋势,其他费用构成及构成比呈波动状态。结论医疗费用控制仍有一定空间,医院管理导向直接影响其构成及总费用。
Objective By analyzing the trend of the inpatient expenses composition of patients with appendicitis in the hospital, the author aims at finding out the cause of the change.Methods To analyze the inpatient data of patients with appendicitis from 2008 to 2012 in the hospital using descriptive analysis and statistical analysis with SPSS 13.0. Results The diagnosis and treatment fee as well as the examination fee, is increasing in the three years. While care services fee and the drug fee are decreasing in the same time. Other fees are fluctuating with time. Conclusion New ways of medical expenses control should be further developed.Furthermore, the style of hospital management has a direct influence on medical expenses as well as its composition.
