摘要
目的:分析医院医保费用增长的情况,为医院医保费用管理提供数据。方法:从新疆某三甲医院HIS系统收集2007-2011年医保患者住院数据130331条,内容包括姓年龄、性别、住院天数、药费、治疗费、手术费、化验费、住院总费用等,采用对不同年份的单因素方差分析、对性别的完全随机设计的T检验及多重线性回归分析法进行统计分析。结果:某三甲医院2007-2011年的住院人数、总费用、人均费用均呈增长趋势,药费、检查费、治疗费、手术费也呈增长趋势,通过单因素分析及住院费用影响因素分析看出年份、年龄、性别、住院天数、药费、化验费、治疗费、手术费对医保住院患者总住院费用有不同程度的影响。结论:提出医保费用增长的原因,通过分析为医院医保费用管理提供数据支持,提出医院合理控制医疗费用的建议。
Objective： To analyze the growth of hospital health care costs for hospital health care costs management data. Methods： collected from Xinjiang, a hospital HIS system the 2007-2011 Medicare patients hospitalized data 130,331, including surname age, sex, length of stay, medication, treatment, surgery, laboratory tests, hospitalization costs, on different years univariate analysis of variance, the gender completely randomized design T-test and multiple linear regression analysis for statistical analysis. Results： a hospital from 2007 to 2011, the number of hospitalizations, total cost, showed an increasing trend of per capita costs, drug costs, inspection fees, the cost of treatment, surgery also showed a growth trend in univariate analysis and hospitalization costs influencing factors analysis to see the Year, age, sex, length of hospital stay, drugs, laboratory tests, treatment, surgery total hospital costs for Medicare inpatients with varying degrees of impact. Conclusion： The reasons for the growth of health care costs, provide data to support analysis for the management of hospital health care costs, proposed to the hospital the reasonable control of the recommendations of the medical expenses.
