预糊化玉米淀粉接枝共聚工艺研究 被引量:4

摘要 为探索预糊化玉米淀粉与二甲基二烯丙基氯化铵接枝共聚工艺,通过正交试验设计,以过硫酸钾为引发剂,研究糊化温度、引发剂用量、聚合时间、聚合温度等因素对接枝率的影响规律,并用红外光谱对接枝产物进行表征。结果表明:糊化温度、引发剂用量、聚合时间、聚合温度等因素均对接枝共聚的接枝率有显著影响,影响顺序为引发剂用量>聚合时间>糊化温度>聚合温度;聚合反应的最佳合成条件为:预糊化温度50℃,引发剂用量(过硫酸铵:淀粉)1:1,反应时间6.0 h,反应温度30℃,共聚物接枝率35.90%,接枝效率71.63%;接枝产物红外光谱证实,预糊化玉米淀粉与二甲基二烯丙基氯化铵发生了接枝共聚反应。 Graft copolymerization of pre-gelatinized corn starch with Diallyldimethylammonium chloride(DMDAAC) was studied by orthogonal design, using potassium persulfate(KPS) as initiator. Effects of gelatinization temperature, initiator amount, reaction time, and reaction temperature on grafting ratio were investigated during the synthesized processes. Chemical structure of copolymer was also characterized by infrared spectrum (IR). The results showed that all factors used in orthogonal design had significant impacts. The monomer conversion rate and the grafting ratio are 35.90%, 71.63%, respectively, when the gelatinization temperature is 50℃, the initiator amount is 1:1 based on the mass ratio of KPS to starch, the reaction time is 6 hours and reaction temperature is 30℃. Graft copolymerization of pre-gelatinized corn starch with DMDAAC was confirmed by IR of copolymer.
