摘要
为了推进以电子病历(EMR)为核心的临床信息系统建设,实现基于EMR的医院信息平台与各类业务应用系统的动态整合、信息数据共享的目标,本文从医院信息安全体系建设、网络安全管理等多方面构建医院信息平台的综合信息安全保障体系,确保平台承载业务信息的安全可靠及业务服务的连续运行。
In order to promote the construction of clinical information system with electronic medicalrecord as its core and realize the dynamic consolidation and imaging data sharing of clinical informationplatform and all kinds of business application based on electronic medical records, a comprehensiveinformation security system from the aspects of hospital information system construction, internetsecurity management and so on is introduced in this paper, thus ensuring the reliability and continuousoperation of business services information on the platform.
