摘要
针对医院信息系统中电子病历的发展概况以及安全性等方面存在的问题,指出应加紧研究电子病历立法;建立不同级别医院电子病历具体实施管理办法和格式标准;采用国际标准完善电子病历系统;应用平台监测等。
In accordance with the development overview of Electronic Medical Record （EMR） in Hospital Information System （HIS） and the existing problems reflected in security aspect, the paper suggests that it is necessary to put legislation for EMR on the schedule, build up specific EMR implementation management methods and format standards to various hospitals at different levels, adopt international standards to improve EMR system, apply platform for monitoring, etc.
