男性乳腺癌的诊治现状 被引量：4

摘要 男性乳腺癌是一种少见疾病，其发生可能与激素水平变化、遗传、职业等因素有关。临床上多数患者以乳头乳晕下无痛性肿块就诊，临床病情可缓慢或快速进展。病理类型以浸润性导管癌多见，其他类型少见但不排除。检查手段主要是乳腺彩超、X线，MRI可提高男性乳腺癌的检出率。治疗以手术切除为主，辅助化疗、放疗及内分泌治疗，其中，内分泌治疗尤为重要。
