摘要
男性乳腺癌(male breast cancer,MBC)是一种非常罕见的男性恶性肿瘤,发病率远低于女性乳腺癌,约占美国乳腺癌病例的1%,其发病率有逐年增加的趋势。由于其罕见性,大多数乳腺癌临床试验只包括女性患者,这导致指导MBC临床治疗的前瞻性数据出现明显的局限性,因此,治疗方法通常是根据女性患者的数据推断出来的。这种方法不太理想,特别是考虑到男性和女性各自不同的激素环境。本文总结了目前有关MBC生物学、临床病理学的相关知识及目前的治疗方法,以局部和系统的管理这一罕见疾病。
Male breast cancer(MBC) is a very rare male malignant tumor,whose incidence is far lower than that of female breast cancer,accounting for about 1% of breast cancer cases in the United States.Its incidence is increasing year by year.Due to its rarity,most clinical trials about breast cancer only include female patients,which leads to significant limitations in prospective data that guide clinical treatment of MBC. Therefore,treatment methods are usually inferred according to the data of female patients.This approach is not ideal,especially considering the different hormonal environments of men and women.Here,this article summarizes the current knowledge and current treatment methods related to the biology and clinical pathology of MBC,managing the rare disease locally and systematically.
