摘要
本文简述了测定Fe—Al—C三元系互扩散系数的方法。测定了在碳浓度为0.12%、0.33%、0.45%和0.85%时Fe—Al—C三元系互扩散系数及扩散激活能。利用所测得的扩散系数,应用扩散方程对钢件渗铝层铝浓度分布进行了理论计算,计算值与实测值非常吻合。
This paper deals with the method to measure the interdiffusioncoefficient in Fe-Al-C system.The interdiffusion coefficients andthe activatiort energy in Fe-Al-C systems containing 0.12%C,0.33%C,0.45%C and 0.85%C respectively have been measured.Using thesemeasured interdiffusion coefficients,the distribution of aluminum con-centration through the cross section of the coating during aluminiza-tion of steel has been calculated with the diffusion equations.The cal-culated values are in good agreement with the measured values byexperiments.
