摘要
研究了纯铜渗铝层的铝浓度分布及对a-Cu相结构的影响.结果表明,渗层表面 的铝浓度与渗铝剂中的铝成分有关,当铝成分 ≤4%时,渗层铝浓度分布与扩散定律计算 值相符.渗层组织主要是a-Cu固溶体,a-Cu相的点阵常数与铝浓度呈线性关系.用内氧 化技术在渗铝的试样上成功地制备了Al2O3表面弥散铜基复合材料.
Aluminum concentration and distrbution of aluminized layer for pure copper at 900℃ for 4h were studied, and the effect of aluminum concentration on the a-phase structure was also investigated. The results showed that aluminum content of the aluminized layer was directly related to the aluminum content in the aluminum content in the aluminizing agents, and the aluminum distrbution in the aluminized layer was coincident with the diffusion law when aluminum content in the agents was ≤4%. The microstructure of the aluminized layer was consisted mainly of a-phase whose lattice parameter was a function of aluminum content In addition. the aluminizing and internal oxidizing technique had been used successfully in preparing Al2O3, parti cle dispersion copper matrix composites
