摘要
目的观察门冬胰岛素30联合二甲双胍治疗老年初诊2型糖尿病的治疗效果。方法选取40例2型糖尿病初诊患者作为研究对象,随机分为对照组(n=20)和观察组(n=20),对照组予以门冬胰岛素30治疗,观察组在此基础上联合二甲双胍治疗,比较两组患者治疗前后各项血糖指标及体重变化。结果观察组的各项血糖指标及体重变化均显著低于对照组,血糖达标时间显著短于对照组,治疗总有效率明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论门冬胰岛素30联合二甲双胍治疗老年初诊2型糖尿病疗效显著,安全可靠。
Objective insulin aspart 30 combined with metformin therapy treatment in elderly newly diagnosed type 2 diabetes.
