摘要
档案管理作为医院管理中重要内容,它在医院管理中占据着重要的位置。现阶段医院档案管理工作中存在管理人才不足、管理体系陈旧、缺乏创新意识、管理流程效率低等问题,本文旨在通过对综合性医院档案管理运行机制的探析,以此来为医院档案管理工作提供一定的参考,希望能够提升医院档案管理水平。
As an important content of management of hospital archives management, it occupies an important position in the hospital management. The existence of management talent shortage, management system, the lack of awareness of innovation, the management of old low process ef iciency problems of the management of hospital archives at the present stage, the aim of this paper is to through the analysis of the operation mechanism of archives management in comprehensive hospital, in order to work for the management of hospital archives provide a reference, hope to be able to enhance the level of hospital archives management.
