摘要
针对目前大型火力发电厂烟道截面大、壁板较薄,易发生局部失稳的问题,以国内300MW机组钢烟道为例,利用ANSYS软件,通过对7~21m不同跨度、不设纵向加劲肋和设置纵向加劲肋的钢烟道进行屈曲研究,分析烟道壁板的屈曲模态,为防止钢烟道失稳提出设计建议.
The local buckling is a crucial point in the current projects of the steel flue gas duct for the unique characteristic of huge section with thin walls. In this paper, researches by ANSYS are carried out on a domestic project the steel flue gas duct of 300MW generating sets. The eigen-buckling analysis is conducted on the steel flue gas duct with span range from 7m to 21m to discuss the possible buckling modes; as well, different models with or without stiffening ribs are compared. Finally, some design suggestions for the steel flue gas duct are proposed.
