摘要
灰色关联分析法针对信息不完全明确的灰色系统,能够提高小样本无规律指标的评价问题的准确性.针对高速公路标准化管理系统的不确定性及高速公路管理绩效评价研究的缺失,首先设立指标评分标准并通过层次分析法确定各个指标权重,进而利用灰色关联分析法建立高速公路标准化管理绩效评价模型.通过对河南省6条高速公路标准化管理进行综合评价,其结果表明,该方法能够使研究者更直观、准确地了解高速公路标准化管理现状,并为高速公路标准化管理绩效水平的改善提供依据.
Gray relative analysis method can be used to process the information not completely clear gray system,the accuracy is higher for the evaluation problem of small sample index without rules. For the uncertainty in expressway standard management system and management performance evaluation study deletion,we firstly set the index grading standards and determine the weight of each index by AHP,and then use the gray correlation analysis method to establish the highway standardized management performance evaluation model. According to the comprehensive evaluation of six Henan Province Highways standardized management,the results show that the method can make the researcher to understand highway standardized management present situation more intuitively,and accurately,and provide references for the improvement direction.
