摘要
文章研究采用紫外分光光度法测定阿司匹林含量.阿司匹林在在276 nm波长处有最大吸收峰,在40~120 μg/mL浓度范围内线性关系良好,回归方程为y=0.0059x+0.0206,R2=0.9992(n=5).稳定性试验RSD为0.65%,精密度试验RSD为0.34%,回收率试验,平均回收率为101.1%,RSD为1.47%.准确度在允许范围内,故本法适用于阿司匹林肠溶片中阿司匹林含量的测定.
We studied the determination of content of aspirin by the method of UV. Aspirin has maximum absorption peak at 276 nm wave length, and this method shall be applicable to the determination of aspirin in the aspirin ECT as its' good expression at concentration range 40~ 120 ug/mL. The regression equation is y=0.0059x+0.0206, R2=0.9992(n=5). The RSD was 0.65 % for stability test, and 0.34 % for precision test. The average recovery was 101.1% for the recovery test, and RSD was 1.48 %. The accuracy is good.
