摘要
目的探讨泮托拉唑钠在肾功能衰竭患者中超说明书用药的合理性。方法通过对1例肾功能衰竭患者使用泮托拉唑钠过程的具体分析,评价泮托拉唑钠在该类患者中超剂量使用的科学性。结果无循证医学证据支持泮托拉唑钠在肾功能衰竭患者中的超剂量使用。结论应建立泮托拉唑钠在肾功能衰竭患者中的合理用药指南,加强用药干预,以改善其不合理使用现状。
Objective To investigate the pantoprazole overdose use in the renal failure patients.Methods The overdose use of pantoprazole in a renal failure patient was analyzed,to evaluate the scientificity of the medication.Results No evidence existed to support the overdose use of pantoprazole in the renal failure patient.Conclusion Guidelines on rational use of pantoprazole should be established,and the medication interventional measures should be enhanced,in order to change the situation of irrational drug use.
