摘要
应激性溃疡(SU)是重症监护室(ICU)的常见危重症,是ICU住院患者常见死亡原因之一。对于SU的认识,已从最初的缺血再灌注损伤,逐步深入至神经内分泌异常层面。SU的治疗也逐渐成熟。现对SU的发病机制、临床表现、诊断和治疗现状作一综述。
The stress ulcer（SU）,one of critical illnesses in intensive care unit（ICU）,is one of the causes of death in ICU.The understanding for SU started with the ischemic-reperfusion injury and developed with the neuroendocrine disbalance.The research in therapeutic strategies also had been made a great step.The paper reviewed the pathogenesis,clinical characteristics,diagnosis and treatment of SU as follows.
