摘要
以天然丝光沸石为原料,三正丁胺和三乙胺为模板剂,在碱性条件下,采用水热法制备介孔材料。利用X射线衍射仪(XRD)、比表面积测定仪(N2吸附脱附)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)对样品进行表征,研究了模板剂对天然丝光沸石制备介孔材料的孔结构、形貌及性能参数的影响。结果表明,两种模板剂制备的介孔材料均较好的保留了丝光沸石的晶体结构,孔径主要分布于2~10 nm之间,孔型为片状颗粒堆积形成的狭缝孔。以三乙胺为模板剂制备的介孔材料性能较好,比表面积达到18.785 m2/g、平均孔径为13.495 nm、孔容为0.0844 cm3/g。
Mesoporous material was prepared with tributylamine and triethylamine as template using hydrothermal method under alkaline conditions, in which natural mordenite was used as silica-alumina source. The pore structure, micro morphology and characteristic parameter of mesoporous material were characterized by X-ray diffraction(XRD), specific surface area analyzer(N2 adsorption-desorption) and scanning electron microscopy(SEM). The results showed that mesoporous material prepared by two kinds of template retains the crystal structure of mordenite, the pore size mainly distributed in 2-10 nm, the type of the pore is slit pore packing by flaky particles. Mesoporous material has better performance by using triethylamine as template, the specific surface area is 18.785 m^2/g, the average pore size is 13.495 nm and the pore volume is 0.0844 cm^3/g.
