摘要
目的评价定向培养新上岗农村社区医生的服务效果,为提升其服务效果提供相关对策。方法 2013年7月—2014年3月,通过随机访谈社区居民和信函联系定向就业用人单位,开展新上岗农村社区医生服务效果评价问卷调查。结果社区居民对新上岗社区医生服务效果的总体评价为:非常满意占32.9%(309/940),满意占51.6%(485/940),较满意占14.4%(135/940),不满意占1.1%(11/940)。用人单位对新上岗社区医生服务效果总体评价为:非常满意占35.2%(58/165),满意占50.9%(84/165),较满意占13.9%(23/165),无不满意者。新上岗社区医生服务效果自我评价为:非常满意占24.2%(40/165),满意占53.4%(88/165),较满意占21.8%(36/165),不满意占0.6%(1/165)。结论定向培养新上岗社区医生的社区卫生服务效果总体得到了社区居民和用人单位的肯定,但也有少数新上岗社区医生因沟通能力弱、专业核心知识不扎实、临床技能水平低、公共卫生服务能力弱等,导致社区居民对其服务效果的不满意。在定向农村社区医生培养过程中应强化培养其沟通能力、临床实践能力和公共卫生服务能力,以满足农村居民对社区卫生服务的需求和要求。
Objective To evaluate the new on-boarding directional training rural community physicians＇ service and find relevant promoting countermeasures. Methods From 2013. 7 to 2014. 3,the new on-boarding community doctors were investigated by performance evaluation questionnaire by randomly interviewing community residents and consulting the directional training employment units with emails. Results The overall evaluation of the community residents on the new on-boarding directional training rural community physicians＇ service： very satisfied 32. 9%（ 309 /940）,satisfied 51. 6%（ 485 /940）,basically satisfied 14. 4%（ 135 /940）,dissatisfied 1. 1%（ 11 /940）. Directional training employment units＇ investigation results were：very satisfied 35. 2%（ 58 /165）,satisfied 50. 9%（ 84 /165）,basically satisfied 13. 9%（ 33 /165）,and no dissatisfied. The self-evaluation of the new on-boarding directional training rural community physicians： very satisfied 24. 2%（ 40 /165）,satisfied 53. 4%（ 88 /165）,basically satisfied 21. 8%（ 36 /165）,and dissatisfied 0. 6%（ 1 /165）. Conclusion Though most of the residents and the units are satisfied with the new on-boarding directional training rural-community doctors＇ service,there are still some doctors who can＇t meet the residents＇ requirements for lack of communication skills,low-level core knowledge and clinical skills,and poor public service ability etc. Therefore,we should enhance the ability of doctors＇ communication,clinical skills,and public service ability in the training to satisfy the residents＇ increasing demands and requirements.
