高校实施学分制教学后引入学籍导师的分析与探索

摘要 随着教学改革的深入,学分制以其灵活性越来越受到高等院校的青睐。学年制向学分制过渡的阶段,受传统教学模式的影响,学生往往缺乏自主选课意识,进而导致学位授予率的降低。笔者试图以加入学籍导师的方法改善该现状。 With the deepening of teaching reform, because of its flexibility, the credit system is getting more and more favors of institutions of higher learning. In the transition stage from academic year system to credit system, affected by traditional teaching mode, students often lack the independent course consciousness, leading to a degree granted rate reduce. This article attempts to join the methods to improve the status of mentor.
