摘要
构建本科生导师工作评价指标体系,运用证据理论融合复杂、不确定的导师工作评价信息,并运用层次分析法确定指标权重,提出基于证据理论的本科生导师工作评价方法,为本科生导师工作总体绩效评价提供理论依据。
We proposes a new approach for undergraduates tutorial employment evaluation problem using evidence theory. The index system for undergraduate tutorial employment evaluation is constructed, the uncertain evaluation information is fused based on the evidence theory, and the index weight is decided based on analytic hierarchy process. This method provides a theoretic basis of undergraduate tutorial employment evaluation problem.
