摘要
目的基于医院信息数据中心决策支持平台构建护理质量评价体系,探索该体系对保证患者质量安全及提高护理管理的效果。方法通过文献回顾、参照相关管理制度,拟定护理质量评价指标框架,运用德尔菲法确定医院护理质量评价指标数据集。结果确定了以病房护理单元为基本单位的护理质量指标数据集,包括3项一级指标、8项二级指标和33项三级指标,其中三级指标中有19项是基于信息数据中心决策支持平台提取的客观指标,形成了《护理质量与管理评价》实施指南。结论护理质量评价体系能够满足护理核心业务的快速、客观评价需求,确保护理质量评价结果真实、可靠、及时、规范,为医院护理质量综合评价和团队绩效管理提供客观、可量化的工具。
Objective To formulate a nursing quality assessment system based on the information data center and decision supporting platform. Methods The draft nursing quality indicator system was formulated based on literature review and related management regulations. Then,the quality indicators were screened using Delphi method. Results The nursing quality indicator system consisted of 3 first-level indicators,8 second-level indicators and 33 third-level indicators. Among which, 19 third-level indicators were objective indicators based on the informa- tion data center and decision supporting platform. According to the nursing quality indicator system,a nursing quality assessment guideline was formulated. Conclusion The nursing quality assessment system can meet the rapid and objective evaluation needs of nursing work and ensure the nursing quality assessment results to be true ,reli- able,timely and standardized. It provides an objective and quantitative tool for the comprehensive assessment of nursing quality and team performance management in hospitals.
