摘要
目的 :探讨中药五海解毒汤对肿瘤细胞的凋亡诱导作用。方法 :采用裸鼠小细胞肺癌模型 ,观察五海解毒汤对人类小细胞肺癌细胞凋亡的影响。结果 :五海解毒汤能够抑制肺癌细胞生长 ,促进小细胞肺癌细胞凋亡 ,与西药环磷酰胺 (CTX)对照组及空白对照组比较具有显著性差异。结论 :五海解毒汤能够通过促进肺癌细胞凋亡 ,抑制肺癌细胞的生长。
Objective: To explore the inducing effect of WJD on apoptosis of cancer cells.Methods: WJD's influence on apoptosis of pavicellular pulmonary cancer was observed in nude mice model.Results:WJD could inhibit the growth of pulmonary cancerous cells, accelerate apoptosis of parvicellular pulmonary cancerous cells. There was an obvious difference in contrast to the CTX(Cyclophosphamide) group and the normal control group.Conclusion:WJD can inhibit the growth of pulmonary cancerous cells by accelerating the apoptosis of pulmonary cancerous cells.
