摘要
目的:观察半夏泻心汤对伊立替康(Irinotecan,CPT-11)致于小细胞肺癌(Small-cell lung cancer,SCLC)荷瘤鼠脾虚的改善作用。方法:取荷瘤鼠,按高、中、低剂量灌胃给予半夏泻心汤,对照组给水,连续8天,第3天开始尾静脉注射CPT-11,连续4天,观察荷瘤鼠全身情况及活动能力、体重及腹泻,第8天眼球取血,酶联免疫吸附法(Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay,EL ISA)测定血清中胃泌素含量。结果:空白组荷瘤鼠活动能力下降,半夏泻心汤给药组荷瘤鼠活动能力有明显改善,体重下降减缓,并能减少腹泻的发生,但对血清胃泌素的影响无统计学差异。结论:半夏泻心汤对CPT-11作用于SCLC荷瘤鼠后的脾虚具有改善作用。
Objective： To observe the improvement of Banxia Xiexin Decoction against irinotecan -induced （CPT - 11 ）spleen deficiency of tumor- bearing mice with small -cell lung cancer（SCLC）. Methods： Banxia Xiexin Decoction was administered to mice for eight days. CPT - 11 was given from the 3rd day to the 6th day. The activity, weight and di- arrhea of each mouse were recorded. Enzyme - linked immunosorbent assay （ ELISA ） was used to analyze the concentra- tions of gastrin in blood which was obtained from eyeballs at the 8th day. Results ： The activity of the blank group was weaker than that of other three groups. The body weight increase both in the high and low dose group was more than that of the blank group from the 1st day to the $th day. The diarrhea in the administrated groups was better than the that in the blank group. There were no significant differences of the gastrin concentrations between each administrated group and the blank group. Conclusion： Banxia Xiexin Decoction could improve the spleen deficiency induced by CPT - 11 in nude mice bearing the tumor of SCLC.
