改良异物取出口在23G微创玻璃体切割手术治疗眼球内异物中的应用 被引量:3

摘要 目的分析一种新的手术切口在23G玻璃体切割手术治疗眼球内异物中的优缺点。方法应用23G微创玻璃体切割联合改良异物取出口治疗22例眼球内异物患者,观察其在降低手术并发症方面的效果。结果 22例患者均一次性取出眼内异物,术后视力明显提高,无一例出现术中锯齿缘离断及术后异物取出口玻璃体增殖。结论改良异物取出口可保持术中眼压恒定,异物取出后及时缝合异物取出口,其他眼内操作均经过23G巩膜套管进出眼球,降低了切口并发症的发生。 Objective To analyze the advantages and disadvantages of an improved incision in treatment of intraocular foreign body through 23G vitrectomy.Methods 22 eyes were diagnosed with intraocular foreign body and received 23G vitrectomy, in which improved incision was applied to observe the effect.Results The intraocular foreign body was all dislodged once, visual activity was raised after oper-ation, no ora serrata mutilation took place in operation and no proliferative vitreous inside improved incision took place.Conclusion The improved incision can cut down the occurrence of incision complication.
