摘要
报告了60例外伤性化脓性眼内炎的治疗方法和效果,经过分析认为尽早摘出眼内异物,及时进行玻璃体切除手术是治疗眼内炎的较好方法.
Sixty cases of traumatic purulent endoph-thalmitis were reported, and the method and result of treatment were discussed. It was con-sidered that extracting the intraocular foreign body early and performing thevitrectomy in time would be the better Choice of treatment for this kind of endophthalmitis.
