Research and application of heat-resistant magnesium alloy and its strengthening mechanism

摘要 综述了RE、Ca、Si和Bi等合金元素对镁合金高温性能的影响。介绍了耐热镁合金在汽车、动力系统、航空航天及军事等领域的应用。讨论了耐热镁合金的几种强化方法,包括沉淀强化、固溶强化、细晶强化、复合强化。指出了开发耐热镁合金应注意的问题。 This article reviews the effects of alloy elements,including RE, Ca, Si and Bi, on the high-temperature properties of magnesium alloy, introduces the application of heat-resistant magnesium alloy in automobile, the dynamical system, aerospace and military, and discusses some strengthening mechanisms, such as deposition strengthening, solid-solution strengthening, fine-grain strengthening and composite reinforcement. The problems are brought forward that should be focused on in the development of heat-resistant magnesium alloy.
