综述了以激光束和电子束为代表的高能束进行表面合金化的原理、工艺以及研究应用现状等,展望了高能束表面合金化研究的发展趋势.
The principle, progress and research application status of surface alloying by high energy beams （ laser beam and electron beam ） were reviewed. And the developing trend of surface alloying by high energy beams was also expected.
