摘要
为了减少某大型钢锭在铸造充型过程中产生的卷气、卷渣和浇不足等缺陷,通过对铸锭充型过程进行数值模拟,研究不同充型速度、压力和优化方案条件下流场、温度场的变化情况。模拟结果为:充型速度为1m/s,初始压力为300 000 Pa时较符合该钢锭的充型过程。为大型钢锭铸造充型过程工艺参数的选择和铸造模型的设计提供参考。
In order to reduce such as air entrapment, slag entrapment, misrun casting in filling process of large steel-ingot. This paper discussed change of flow field and temperature field under the different filling speed, pressure and optimization scheme, by numerical simulation to process of steel casting filling. The results show that it is more suitable for the steel ingot, filling speed is 1 m/s, and initial pressure is 300 000 Pa. It provided a reference for the process parameters selection and mold design in large steel-ingot filling process.
