摘要
为提升职前教师情绪智力的基础——情绪觉察能力,采用由情绪认知训练和情绪体验练习两种方法构成的团体心理辅导,对职前教师情绪觉察能力进行优化。结果发现:职前教师实验组的情绪识别正确率提高、反应时下降,同时情绪觉察能力较干预前有较大的提升,这表明情绪认知训练和情绪体验练习可以有效提升职前教师的情绪觉察能力。
In order to optimize pre-service teachersˊemotional awareness,which is the basis of emotional intelligence. The current study adopts the ways of emotional cognitive training and emotional experience training to optimize pre-service teachersˊemotional aware-ness by group counseling. The results shows that Experimental groupˊemotional awareness has greatly improved greatly,while the accu-racy rate has been improved and the reaction time has been reduced. This suggests that the emotional cognitive training and emotional experience training can promote pre-service teachersˊ emotional awareness effectively.
