摘要
介绍了国内某铀水冶厂采用高效深锥浓密机代替厢式压滤机进行中性矿浆过滤的情况,并对高效深锥浓密机的运行状况以及底流矿浆中固体质量分数、溢流矿浆中固体质量分数等主要工艺参数指标进行了分析。结果表明:采用高效深锥浓密机过滤中性矿浆后,底流矿浆中固体质量分数可达到50%,溢流矿浆中固体质量分数<0.01%,单位生产能力(以干矿石计)达到7.5t/(m2·d),满足生产设计要求。
Application of high efficiency deep cone thicker instead of chamber type filter press to filter neutral slurry in a uranium hydrometallurgical mill is introduced and running state of high efficiency deep cone thicker, main technological parameter indexes such as solid mass fraction in underflow and overflow etc are analyzed. Results indicate that by application of high efficiency deep cone thicker, solid mass fraction in underflow can reach 50%, and solid mass fraction in overflow is less than 0.01%, specific productivity(by dry ore) can reach 7.5 t/(mz · d), which meets design requirements.
