摘要
分析了某厂矿浆制备中采用单段开路湿法磨矿工艺运行情况。为解决矿浆中夹带大颗粒矿石的问题,可利用原有设备,采用一段一闭斜板分级浓密工艺,获取满足萃取的合格矿浆,提高下游磷酸生产的总磷收率。
The operation in a single - stage opening method of the wet grinding in a factory is analyzed, in order to solve the problem of large particles entrained in the slurry of ore. Through appropriate technical improvements, full use of existing equipmem, with single - stage closed ramp grade dense process, slurry meeting the quality for extraction is successfully obtained, and thereby the total phosphorus yield in the downstream phosphoric acid production is enhanced
