韶钢1号高炉2014年2月11日因炉顶上料系统主卷扬高速轴断裂,被迫无计划休风达15 h.通过制定合理的复风方案,确定各项操作制度,加强渣铁排放,精细化的调节和操作控制,11日15:20恢复送风,23:00炉内风压、风量等操作参数快速恢复到正常水平,避免了因此造成炉凉或炉缸冻结等工艺事故.
No. 1 blast furnace was forced to unplanned downtime for up to 15 hours for top charging high speed shaft hoist system in fault on February 11,2014. The blast furnace recovered ventilation at 15:20 by making up the reasonable reblow solution, determining the operating system, strengthening the iron slag discharge, fine adjustment and control, and then furnace air pressure and other operating parameters quickly returned to normal level at 23:00, which avoided the process accidents such as the hearth cooling,the hearth chill.
