摘要
本文对国内外的专利标准化现状和我国专利标准化存在的问题进行了分析,同时简要介绍了《国家标准涉及专利的规定(暂行)》,并据此对我国企业的专利标准化策略提出建议。
In this paper, the present situation of the patent standardization at home and abroad as well as the problems of patent standardization in China are analyzed. Also, it briefly introduces Regulatory Measures on National Standards Involving Patent （Interim）, based on which it proposes suggestions for the patent standardization of Chinese enterprises.
