胰腺腺泡细胞癌1例

摘要 胰腺腺泡细胞癌是一种胰腺外分泌恶性肿瘤,临床较少见,最初由Berner于1908年报道,发病率仅占所有胰腺肿瘤的1％,与常见的胰腺导管腺癌的临床表现及影像学特征有较大不同,术前容易误诊.笔者搜集经手术病理证实的胰腺腺泡细胞癌1例,结合文献,分析本病的影像表现及病理基础,以提高对其认识和影像诊断水平.
