胰腺腺泡细胞癌的病理诊断与鉴别诊断 被引量：2

摘要 目的探讨胰腺腺泡细胞癌的病理诊断与鉴别诊断方法。方法对5例胰腺腺泡细胞癌手术切除标本的病理切片及免疫组化染色进行复习。结果镜检可见瘤细胞排列呈腺泡状、小梁状或索状,核仁清楚。细胞质丰富,呈颗粒状。癌细胞梁索间无血囊样结构,有时癌细胞分化较好,排成分叶状与正常胰腺小叶相似,但无小叶内导管及胰岛结构。核分裂象多少不一。应与胰腺内分泌肿瘤、腺泡-内分泌混合型肿瘤、胰腺实性-假乳头状肿瘤等相鉴别。结论胰腺腺泡细胞癌属于高度恶性肿瘤,临床上应注意与胰腺内分泌肿瘤相鉴别。
