摘要
高校学生干部是促进学校改革、发展、稳定的一支重要力量,但当前学生干部的激励机制仍不够完善。依托成就需要理论,从成就、权力、亲和3种需要入手,提出了发展、创新、考核、荣誉、目标、责任、授权、约束、垂范、尊重、情感、文化等激励机制。
The university student cadres are an important force in promoting school reform, development, stability, but the incentive mechanism of student cadres at present is not perfect. Based on the theory of need for achievement and from three kinds of need : success, power, affinities, the author puts forward development, innovation, evaluation, honor, target, responsibility, authorization, constraint, being an example, respect, emotion, culture incentive mechanism and so on.
