摘要
学生干部队伍的素质直接关系到高校学生的整体素质,学生干部队伍的工作水平直接影响高校学生工作的实际效果。文章对当前学生干部队伍中存在的问题进行了深入分析,提出加强学生干部队伍建设的相应对策。
The quality of students＇contingent of cadres can directly concern university students＇ whole quality, the working level of students＇contingent of cadres can directly influence the actual effect that university students work . This article, through carrying on in - depth analysis to the present existing problem of students＇contingent of cadres, proposes the corresponding countermeasures of student cadres contingent building.
