摘要
以广东河源地区温室大棚发病典型的金线莲病株为试材,对病原菌进行分离、致病性检测以及形态、分子鉴定。结果表明,引起广东河源金线莲叶片腐烂、茎部腐烂溢缩、植株倒伏等病症的是由葡萄孢盘菌(Botrytis)侵染引起的灰霉病。该病害在温室大棚低温高湿条件下易发病,且发病面积大、传染速度快。金线莲灰霉病的分离和鉴定可为制定相应的防治策略提供科学的理论依据。
Diseased Anoectochihus roxburghii showing rotten leaf, rotten and lodging stem were collected from Heyuan,Guangdong and the pathogen was isolated. By pathogenicity test, pathogen morphology and molecular biology methods, it was confirmed that the disease was gray mould caused by Botrytis. Under the condition of low temperature and high humidity environment, the diseases was easy to occur, and spread rapidly. The study provided a theoretical basis for formulating the corresponding prevention and control strategy.
