摘要
对云南省文山、保山、普洱、临沧4个新烟区烟叶样品与津巴布韦烟叶样品,贵州、河南、湖南等省外传统烟叶产区样品和昆明、玉溪、楚雄、大理等省内传统烟叶产区烟叶样品的化学组成进行了比较分析。从73种主要化学成分和致香物质中分析出云南省新烟区烟叶与其他烟区烟叶的主要差异性化合物,发现云南省新烟区烟叶总体上具有碳水化合物、非酶棕色化反应产物、酚类化合物等物质含量较高,部分类胡萝卜素降解产物含量较低的化学品质特点。
Chemical compounds were compared between tobacco leaves from Yunnan tobacco new growing areas (Wenshan,Baoshan,Puer,Lincang) and traditional tobacco growing areas such as Henan,Guizhou,Hunan and Kunming,Yuxi,Chuxiong,Dali in this paper.Main compounds were different between Yunnan tobacco new growing areas and other areas.The result showed that the content of carbohydrates,nonenzymatic browning reaction products,phenols were higher and the content of some carotenoid degradation products were lower in Yunnan tobacco new growing areas than other areas.
