摘要
爬行现象广泛存在于低速液压系统中,严重影响系统的精度与控制。本文建立了横向液压油缸低速运动下滞滑现象的动力学模型,并针对此数学模型搭建了Simulink仿真模型。仿真模型中运用了基本的摩擦模型,成功模拟了液压缸的爬行现象。
A dynamic model of stick-slip phenomenon for lateral hydraulic cylinders under low speed movement has been built in the text. A Simulink simulation for the model has been created. By use of basic friction model in the simulation model, the creeping phenomenon of the hydraulic cylinder has been successfully simulated.
